What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFT (bank transfers), Air BNB & Lekkerslaap.
Is a deposit required to confirm the booking?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is payable before arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will be 100% refunded. If the cancellation is within 30 days, full payment is required, any shortened stays will be charged at 100% of the booked stay.
What activities are available at the camping site?
Guests can enjoy fishing, wildlife, braais, birdwatching, and relaxing while soaking in the beautiful bushveld experience.
Is there a swimming area at the dam?
Yes, swimming in the dam is allowed, but it is at your own risk.
Is Wi-Fi available at the cabin?
Exclusive camping is designed as a nature retreat, and Wi-Fi is not provided to encourage a digital detox.
Can we play music or host parties?
Guests are welcome to play music at reasonable volumes, but we request that you respect the tranquil environment. Loud parties & unregistered guests are not permitted.
