How can I make a booking?
Bookings inquiries can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or booking on Air BNB.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFT (bank transfers) & Air BNB .
Is a deposit required to confirm the booking?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is payable before arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will be 100% refunded. If the cancellation is within 30 days, full payment is required, any shortened stays will be charged at 100% of the booked stay.
What activities are available at the cabin?
Guests can enjoy fishing, watersports, braais, birdwatching, and relaxing while soaking in the beautiful sunsets over the dam.
Is there a swimming area at the dam?
Yes, swimming in the dam is allowed, but it is at your own risk.
Is Wi-Fi available at the cabin?
The cabin is designed as a nature retreat, and Wi-Fi is not provided to encourage a digital detox.
Can we play music or host parties?
Guests are welcome to play music at reasonable volumes, but we request that you respect the tranquil environment and other guests in the area. Loud parties & unregistered guests are not permitted.
